Order Cancellation

We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to promptly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you want to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact asap.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or dispatched within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and / or dispatched. . 

No request for cancellation of your order will be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of a modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses ...).
In this cases, if your order returned to our warehouses and it need to redelivery, you need to pay extra $5 shipping fees. If the package cannot be resent because we cannot contact you and is destroyed, we will not bear any responsibility.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.


Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products, just complete this  return form . Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 14-day Return Policy.

The following reasons are covered by our 14-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. (Youwows is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 

We sent the wrong item – size, style, color. 

Parcels that are lost in transit. 

The following reasons are covered by our 14-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. Youwows does not refund any shipping fees.)

You chose the wrong size.

Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying the items 3 weeks early at a minimum. If you need to return it because you missed a birthday or other occasions after receiving it, customer is responsible for return postage fees.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 14-day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Youwows product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.

Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.

Youwows is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a correct and safe delivery location when purchasing with

There are only a couple of exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!

Earrings and pierced items can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene reasons.​

Orders with a promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, newsletter pop-up, or any of our promotional platforms are considered sale items - any orders using these codes will be valid for only an exchange or store-credit. We will not issue a refund for these items.

Gift cards.

*Kind reminder: The customer is responsible for contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective or broken. We may always replace the item free of charge in case it's received in a defective condition.

We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office. Also, we do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address. Please double check to be sure your address is correct.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

c) Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To get your return or exchange started, here’s what to do:

Step 1:Please email 

- Full Name

-Your order number. (E.g. #00000)

- Email address used to purchase your order

-A brief explanation for the return. (Size too big, Wrong color, etc.)

Step 2: Complete this  return form and place it inside the package to be returned

Step 3:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the Items must be in the same condition and its original packaging that it was received. If the Items is damaged or not in its original packaging you will be subject to a restock and reprocessing fee of $9.99
